Conditions for returning the goods:
– All products must not have been used and must be intact.
– All products must be returned in their original packaging.
– All products must be returned safely to avoid damage in transit, along with product labels and instruction manual if any.
The customer must communicate the return tracking code by email ( info@evolandlove.it ). Once the material has been received and the integrity of the products has been verified, Cerrone Gioielli will issue a refund.
Responsibilities
Cerrone Gioielli cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract in case of stock outage or unavailability of the product due to force majeure, strikes of shipping and transport services and/or communications.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
